descrierea bugului:cand luam movement imparing effect ar fi trebuit sa imi dea 15 runic power timp de 5 secunde.

Pot confirma. Vraja trebuie sa se activeze oricand iei orice fel de movement impairing effect :

Hamstring, Crippling Poison, Mind Flay, Improved Blizzard, Concussion Shot, Waylay, Infected Wounds, Chains of Ice, Slow, Blast Wave, Frost Shock,Curse of Exhaustion, Piercing Howl, Frostfire Bolt, Earthbind Totem, Wing Clip, ALL stuns, ALL fears, Blind, Dragon's Breath, Frost Nova, Entangling Roots, Gouge, Frost Trap, Repetance, Polymorph etc.

Problema e ca nu se activeaza decat la Frostbolt, Frost Nova si Cone of Cold cea ce nu-l face prea valoros.

Nu vreau sa par insistent dar se poate face ceva cu bugul asta? Este destul de important pt PvP si nu merge de ceva vreme
