weapone quest chain bugged

hey.
My Priest Flashqt weapon quest chain got bugged while i was doing it i was in a party with my friend and suddenly he left and i got teleported after that i wasnt able to do the weapon quest chain and i was on stage 1 on weapon quest chain please need help

Abandon the quest and check this NPC.
If it doesn't work, please provide a screenshot.

Ya there is no quest to abandon and I searched for Nov but didn't worked
