working quests??

I was wondering if there are any working quests and where? I have a ton of quests at my garrison, but they don't seem to be working, the items/npc's are not where they should be. not sure how to get to any other areas since there are no discovered flight paths.

The garrison is not that scripted, not a high priority, still you can do the beginning chain quests and level easy to level 100, then visit your class hall, go to the scouting map and pick a zone where you want to level, legion zones have a lot of working quests.

As stated garrisons aren't our top priority as they aren't vital for the expansion. Anyway we will fix them as soon as we finish the top priority bugs.
