What he said is pretty accurate , and keep in mind for some bosses you can even use x2 absorbs trinkets , or at least it was viable and i beleive should still be here.

playing resto shaman is fking funny man and quite easy when you get to know all the mechanics c:
i mean after solo healing (mv 10 . Toes 10n . hof 10 & even jin [from tot] 10n) yeh it's quite good
and no i never used ancestral guidance lagging my raid members wont save their lives :p

I beleive it only lags them in 25mans , you are safe in 10 mans

It lags only sometimes. Has to be related with the overflooding of combat logs
