Bug description: During the final stage of the Scenario, the Master Fel stone does not activate when clicked on. Destroying the portal stone, registers in the quest log, but does not register as completed by the Scenario, thus the player will not be teleported to the Wandering Isle to start the next quest for the Artifact weapon.

i have this bug!! the Master Fel stone does not activate when clicked on.
if you destroy the rock a rabbit appears jajaja LOL... cinematic does start.

@Elisvan if you haven't figured out the workaround, just port to Dalaran and you should see a floating panda monk by the flight master. Just talk with her and you will be ported to Wandering Isles.
