Bug description: A couple of chests isn't where they should be - so the appropriate quests can't be done and you can't complete the achievement.
Currently missing quest IDs (sorry, but I'm not willing to look up the individual quests) :

Proof: I made a screenshot containing the query if the quest has been done (in chat window, circled) and the location of the treasure with its corresponding quest ID (on minimap). Quest is not completed, but still no treasure spawned. Did this as an example, same issue is with every single missing treasure for me.
