Hello, sper ca am nimerit bine. Am o tema, la un proiect, un caz mai special: angajarea unei persoane cu un handicap locomotor usor, survenit dintr-un accident. Ideea este: ce fel de incadrare se va face pentru indemnizatia pe un post de secretara? Cine va face incadrarea? Este necesara, din punct de vedere legal pentru a o face?
