Bug description: after completing previous Campaign Quest available at lvl 103 , [Steeds of the Damned] did not become available at Siouxsie the Banshee

Proof: lvl 104 , Siouxsie doesnt have any quest : https://imgur.com/a/zMntS
unlocked Trollbane and Deathweaver from previous quests of lvl103 : https://imgur.com/a/YWsFB
