Also, make sure that all reported bugs are tested on both factions. saturnfever you mentioned 2 bg's from horde side, test the alliance part too and everybody else should cover the opposing faction's part of your reports not to skip for something worse after these fixes.

General:
- queue role/spec shown incorrectly. I queue as a dps, and the queue pops as a tank. Same for classes that can't even be tanks, such as hunters, priests, etc. (proof)

Warsong Gulch:
- everything seems to be in perfect condition, both Alliance and Horde side (proof)
- tested the "larger size after BG, from the berserker rune". My character appears to be normal size after I left the BG.

Arathi Basin:
- found 2 issues, 1st: a visual bug (probably); the flag capture points show correctly the first time (can be clicked and capped). But after that, even though you already took the base, the capture icon still shows while mousing over the flag. If you click it again, the "wood" part of the flag disappears. (proof)
- 2nd issue: the score is displayed incorrectly (visual bug probably). It shows 1500 at the final goal score, but it actually should be 1600. The game, however ends correctly at 1600. As you can see from this screenshot: 1600/1500. (proof)
The map now displays correctly who holds the base: neutral, in conflict, controlled. (proof)
Same issues, both Alliance and Horde side. (proof)

Eye of the Storm:
- everything seems to be in perfect condition: flag carrier is displayed in the interface, you can now cap the flag at all 4 bases, score is displayed correctly. (proof)
Both Alliance and Horde. (proof)
The only thing that I noticed in Eye of the Storm that seemed to be a bit off was the fact that you need to stand, and not move, in the AoE cap point (the little black circle in each of the 4 bases) for about 1-2 seconds, before the flag actually caps. On the MOP realm, as soon as you entered the cap point, the flag would cap, without any delay.

Alterac Valley:
- everything seems to be in perfect condition, except two small details.
- 1st: the npc called Frostwolf Guardian has too low hp, only about 1000. Its' damage is correct. The rest of the npc are all ok, health wise, level wise and damage wise. Bosses are scripted. All bases can be capped. Stormspike's Salvation, Fury of the Frostwolf 20% health buffs work. Both mines can be captured by killing the required NPC in the respective mine. (proof)
- 2nd issue: when you look on the map (M), there is a visual bug regarding the last 2 towers. Although they are both destroyed, only 1 appears as being destroyed, and the other one completely disappears from the map. (proof)
Tested both Alliance and Horde side. (proof)
The visual bug concerning the destroyed towers on the map seems to be only with the Horde Towers, the Alliance are shown correctly on the map, as destroyed. (proof)

The Battle for Gilneas:
- everything seems to be in order, only 1 issue.
The same as Arathi Basin, there is a visual bug with the flags, after you click them 2 times, it disappears. (proof)
Tested both Alliance and Horde side. (proof)
- scoreboard still isn't showing at the end, still don't know if that is an actual issue.

Twin Peaks:
- interface shows the flag carrier correctly, flag can be dropped and retaken, runes work, everything seems to be fine, except for 1 thing.
- When you cap the enemy team's flag, your own flag disappears for the remaining cooldown time of the enemy flag respawn, then it reappears. I don't think that your flag should disappear, while the other team's flag is on cooldown to respawn. Only the flag that has been capped should be on a respawn cooldown. As you can see from the last screenshot, after I cap the flag, my own flag disappears. I don't know if this is a bug or this is how it's supposed to be, but it seems kind of unfair. (proof)
Same for both Alliance and Horde. (proof)

Silvershard Mines:
- change track works, capture cart works, runes are working, map shows cart & possession correctly, crash seems to have been fixed. Tried all different tracks/track switches/end of line cap points, and all seem to be alright. (proof)
2 small issues:
- underwater breathing doesn't work in Silvershard Mines. You can stay underwater for as long as you wish. In all the other BG's it works. (proof)
- the score is displayed incorrectly. It shows the limit as being 1500, but it should actually be 1600. (proof)
- tested the BG both Alliance and Horde (proof) (2nd proof)

Temple of Kotmogu:
- not working
- you can take control of an orb, make points with it, get increased damage from it, and so on. However, if you die while controlling the orb, the orb will not return back to its' place and will appear on you on the map, but you won't get points for it. It just makes that orb unavailable for the rest of the game. While you die with the orb on you, you can't get another color orb, because of this bug. (proof)
- tested both Alliance and Horde (proof)
- berserk rune + orb interaction seems to be ok, and not causing crashes, so far.

Deepwind Gorge:
- everything is working correctly, interface, gold cart, capture points, cart movement speed, runes. Everything except one thing. The score isn't displayed correctly. The game should end at 1500/1500, not at 1600. The score continues to go to 1600/1500. (proof)
