Bug description: Can't pick up Broken Soulweb, its needed to aquire Swift Gloomhoof Mount. Whenver i try to pick up it, it don't appear in my equipment, like it should, like on guide videos. Can't start the questline to aquire Swift Gloomhoof Mount from Foreman Thorodir.
