Please, fix this. It's the only way high-leveled characters can do a whole bunch of low-leveled quests.

Emilia37 is right, i already heared from other guys about this toy's issue. Informations about how it should work are details which can check by myself(if you add this it will be good anyway). What i need is just a proof about the issue.
For example if Will of Northend does anything, just put this toy in your actionbar, use it and take a screen after 1 second. So you show me the toy's cooldown and missing effect.

Just letting you know that the Faintly Glowing Flagon of Mead (the only toy from Stormheim on your list) works properly now.
