Descrierea bugului / Bug description: You should be allowed to switch glyphs/talent spec in bgs/arenas but at the moment you can't. You were allowed to do it in 4.0.6 tho.
Dovada / Proof: http://www.twitch.tv/vanguardstv/b/312049384 you can see on 0:29:45 that you were allowed to change.

I think it was disabled in order to prevent some exploits (not sure though).

I can confirm, got stuck with PvE spec a few times because I forgot to change it before joining.

It is an important PVP bug. Also I have a question, should be allowed in bg/arena to switch items? ATM you are not allowed and i don't know if this is a bug or not. Please answer me

In arena you should not be able to change items (except for weapon). This was an old measure to prevent school protection gear to be used only when the player spots a warlock/fire mage/etc.
