[Children's Week] Missing quests and lost achievements

Character name: Nepherim
Bug description: On this char, none of the matrons give any quests. Also. none of the Orphans give any quests. I was able to complete the Draenei orphan quetss on an alt, but for this char, all dialog windows are empty. Also, I have lost all progress on the 'Veteran Nanny" achievement (I was missing only Peanut). Even when I obtained lekk Training Collar on an alt, the Veteran Nanny criteria was bugged for that alt as well.
