Bug description: Orcish Orphan is not offering any quests, which means it's not possible to obtain pets from the event and also the achievement for obtaining Children's Week companion pet (https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=1792&&name=aw-isn-t-it-cute) without using vote points.
