Bug description: it says 100% drop chance but I did that boss a lot of times but no drop
Proof: I cant give a proof right now cuz im locked

As far as I know it's not 100% droprate.

Also website values are wrong sometimes but ingame values are right.
I may be wrong so I leave this topic open atm.

i did get it after 10 or so kills so it drops , maybe you are just unlucky
