@OP I'm late to the party, but here we go.

I am sorry that you were sent from one place to another but you have to understand that not every GM knows absolutely everything that is happening on this server. The dude who answered your ticket and sent you to the forums again wasn't aware that you had to receive some sort of prize from that event.
Also, I don't think that it's such a big deal that you didn't receive your prize in the exact second in which you won, it might be a little bit frustrating, but remember this: if you win something and we said that you are going to be rewarded, that thing will happen, nobody is forgotten.
