Bug description: I have gathered 10k class hall resources and bought the Frost Wyrm class hall upgrade. After it was researched i went to the corresponding NPC - Winter Payne, and i cannot place work orders to him (i have to place a work order for a Frost Crux). Also from what i read on wowhead, you must do a quest beforehand and that quest is nowhere in the class hall either.
