Bug description: Hello. It seems that the divine toll ability for Prot paladin is bugged ever since the update earlier today. the divine toll ability only releases one shield and sometimes do not releases any avenger shield.
Proof: I don't have any good recording app but the bug is easy to replicate. Just use the Divine Toll class covenant ability in a pack of mobs.
