[DUPLICATE] Felo'melorn traits sometimes won't give that 0.75% stamina increase

Bug description: Sometimes it happens not to get that 0.75% stamina increase when you get another trait for your artifact.
Proof:

As you can see, i got another trait but the stamina is tha same.

Bug description: I've tested this on multiple characters so the bug is that every 4th trait purchased you don't get any increase of stamina . I didn't test about the increase of power(like disc or heal specs), maybe that will be too. Easy to test in game and i don't think it should work like this, i tried multiple variations of putting points and still every 4th trait is not working it's like you didn't put it.

You can see in the pictures i have same health with 4 and 5 traits. So every 4th trait purchased you don't get any benefit.
