[DUPLICATE] [Night fae covenant] 3rd soulbind Korayn: First Strike issues

Bug description: Right now, the First Strike buff from Korayn is very buggy in different ways:

1) On my warrior, the only way to trigger the buff is trough Charge and Shattering throw, any other ability does not trigger it;
2) If I am in combat, the buff never applies even though on retail it does proc even in combat when attacking a new mob that did not attack you first. Therefore, it is very hard to get the buff during boss fights since you enter combat immediately and while fighting new mobs.

How it should work: whenever you attack a mob first, regardless of whether you are in combat or not, you should get the buff and every time you attack a new mob the buff should refresh (if you attack the mob first and the mob does not damage you first). On Freakz , currently, the average uptime for the buff is around 5% of a key, whereas on Warcraftlogs you see people with over 25% uptime.
