Bug description: Damage and healing too low.
Proof: Screenshot of char stats - 18643 AP

The correct formula is:
Damage = 1133 + 0.514 * AP * 1 => 1133 + 0.514 * 18643 * 1 = 10715
Healing = 1133 + 0.514 * AP * 3.5 => 10715 * 3.5 = 37503 (37502.5)
These values coincide with the ones in the tooltip.

NOTE: For Unholy, the tooltip takes Mastery in consideration!

Calculations for unholy
Damage = (1133 + 0.514 * AP * 1) * 1.mastery% => (1133 + 0.514 * 26314 * 1) * 1.3174 = 19311 (19310,9)
Healing = 1133 + 0.514 * AP * 3.5 => 1133 + 0.514 * 26314 * 3,5 = 51304 (mastery only affects damage)
These values coincide with the ones in the tooltip.
