Character name: Sudefer
Bug description: Whenever you use Dancing Rune Weapon and Blood Boil, it applies another Blood Plauge DOT, but as soon as your Dancing Rune Weapon expires the DOT disappears. The correct behaviour is to remain on the target it's full duration.

Your video proof doesn't work. I tested it on Live it indeed refreshes the main dot and removes the second one that DRW applied . Confirmed.
