Bug description: The frostscythe is not hitting targets in 180 degree cleave in front of character. You have to step back from the target several feet to make it work that it will hit the targets on sides as well. Think it is like 120 degree hit on wow freakz instead. Frost feels kind of unplayable right now when all my frostscythe hits fail.
How it should be: On retail frostscythe hits all the targets 180 degree radius ahead of me. I can hit targets that are on side even when I'm standing right on top of my target. It starts to miss only when I walk over the center of the hitbox.
