Bug description: the bug report that jadefox reported and it got fixed in 7.1.5 now happening again in 7.2.5.
I know this spell has a hotfix versus each type of healer at 7.2.5 And someone else reported it to get fixed.

The problem about process internal cooldown now live at 7.2.5 .(My report)

Summery about bugs of crypt fever:
1_Crypt Fever has no internal cooldown atm .(This Report is for this bug)
2_Atm it has 100 process chance instead of chance that mentioned
In tooltip and it processes to every casting/channeling/hot heals .
(freakz dev tested)
3_Hotfix:-30% process rate for crypt fever that confimed.

Btw with these bugs healing is almost negative without dampening.

It's true that it doesn't have an ICD and I already did test it on PTR it always procs on each heal no matter if HoT or st heal.

Soothing Mist heals every 0.5 seconds, as you can see, the ICD works just fine (1 crypt fever proc every 3 heals).
