ok, so there's quartz saying it's casting 2.0. recount for last test sign 7 hit. my stats says 26% haste.
Damage seems works correctly, at least compared with gargoyle, couldn't find base damage.

Your per should cast 15 / (2/1.26) = 9.45 --> 9 Val'kyr strike for entire duration with your stats
