I don't get it. It refreshed for you O.o it added 6 seconds instead of setting it to 6, but it's not identical to the report at all

It's supposed to keep you in perma Meta while under 20% hp, just by looking at the way it's stated in the tooltip "while at 20% HP or under" - so technically as long as you're under 20% HP the duration is constantly refreshed to 6s

Talked to an experienced retail/Freakz PvP player and he says that it only resets once, when initially touching 20% HP - so the bug is only that it doesn't reset to the correct duration.
