Bug description: Bloodlet's damage seems to be degrading somehow, because the first tick's dmg is fine but after that it starts to decrease significantly. This bug seems to persist since the last crash and it goes for both PvE and instanced PvP (since bloodlet doesn't have any PvP modifiers).
Proof: https://imgur.com/gallery/p59Op6X - this is the first test done with 781k crit from throw glaive. 781k x 150% = 1.17M over 10 seconds.
https://imgur.com/gallery/WYY8Frn - did another test to check Bloodlet's second effect "If this effect is reapplied, any remaining damage will be added to the new bloodlet". So from 2 throw glaives which were thrown 1.29 seconds apart from each other, the first glaive did 700k and the second one did 830k, bloodlet's overall dmg should be 2.29M over 10 seconds.
