[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] [Havoc] Chaos Strike not reseting Felblade with Demon Blades talent

Bug Description: Taking the Demon Blades talent disables Demon's Bite from your spellbook and inserts it functionality into your Chaos Strike. Felblade's tooltip states that Demon's Bite has a chance to reset the cooldown on Felblade, so Chaos Strike should do the same with the above mentioned talent. It doesn't reset it, had 131 applications of Demon Blades and 0 resets on Felblade. In the video as well, you can see that during full burst and 51 applications of Demon Blades, I didn't get a single reset. It works properly on 7.1.5, proccing atleast once or twice during your burst on pull. Demon's Bite resets it properly on its own.

Wait no... it's not Chaos Strike that will reset the CD of Felblade, but Demon Blades (when you deal damage with Demon Blades).
