Item link: Achor, the Eternal Hunger

Bug description: Achor should heal you for 25% HP and give you 20% Leech for 8 seconds after using Vengeful Retreat (as of 7.2.5), but it doesn't do either of those. In the 7.2.5 database it still has the old tooltip but underneath it there's the "Eternal Hunger" spell which provides the proper information.
Strangely, it procs when changing specs.
