Could you please elaborate what exactly you mean with "inexistent damage buff"?
The talent scales with the damage of your Blade Dance, and also alters the tooltip.
Further on, you didn't provide proof of what exactly doesn't work about it, so that's why I'm asking you to explain it a bit more.

Also, please don't use that dummy due to it's HP. Use one / all three on your right side or other ones (for example in your class hall).

Ok, i`m sorry. So, first of all, what this talent do? Reduce the fury cost (which it does) and add x dmg to the first target you hit (which does not). For example, with my artifact equipped there is 720k dmg(I'll attach a photo).
I tested it on all dummies and players and i talked with other DH from the server and they observed the same problem. So, first hit should be pretty strong and the other 2 just normal dmg, like before. The problem is, all 3 hits are small.
