Bug Description: According to Patch notes, "When Demon Spikes is activated and a Demon Spikes buff is already present, the values of the two buffs are now correctly averaged." This doesn't work that way on Freakz, after taking off mastery gear and lowering the damage reduction on Demon Spikes - the value of the reduction doesn't average out and instead using Demon Spikes again only extends the duration of the 1st application while keeping it's reduction.
