Well, one of the loading screen tips say: "Players cannot dodge, parry, or block attacks that come from behind them."
Attacking the player from behind it's the only way to counter spells like this , if we cant attack them from behind the spell become like a bubble from paladin with a lower cooldown .

Nu stau sa iti explic ce ai facut tu gresit in postul tau de ti-a dat reject (mai mult ca sigur de aia ai ceva cu el) pentru ca ti-a zis ce ai gresit. Fa si tu niste teste, documenteaza-te si dupa poti vorbi civilizat in topicuri despre bugs in detaliu. Pana atunci, eu zic sa nu te mai bagi in seama pentru +1.

Please do your research before creating topics, as always. Blur has an extra effect that allows you to "ignore hit direction", meaning you CAN dodge no matter if you are facing the attacker or not. You CAN DODGE using Blur without needing to face the target. It's intentional and not a bug.
