Te duci aici -> Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance

Selectezi culoarea alba si dai intensitatea la minim (stanga de tot).

Te duci la window color and apparence si din lista selectezi "icon". Apoi modifici fontu.

Trol, eu ti-am zis parerea mea.. nu trebuie sa faci ca mine.
Daca era dupa mine stergeam toate iconitele din taskbar si de pe desk (multe inutile) si puneam ca system tray (iconitele de langa ceas) sa se ascunda majoritatea.
Asa cum il ai tu pare ingrijit dar nu este.
Eu tin toate programele care le folosesc in startmenu (pin-uite), din cauza ca nu suport prea multe iconite pe desktop.
