Bug description:
Using the quest item Vortex Gem, you summon correctly a Wispy Vortex, but once arrived at coords around 76,18 in Sargeron, you should be able to see Disciples of Elune. Instead you can't see any on these npc. You can't kill them and you can't get the credit for the quest.
