In primul rand, puteti scapa de prostia aia de invision addons. Puteti lasa un amx modx curat ca exista cfg-uri care doar apesi pe un buton si iti baga setarile.
In al doilea rand, ia setarile de aici si baga-le in server.cfg

Da...incercati cum a zis edge

Poate si de la pluginul invision addons ii lag pe server....
Incercati si aceasta modalitate,inainte de a schimba hostul...

Lasati serverul fara pluginuri,si doar se poate da restart cu comenzile standard

amx_cvar sv_restart 1 sau amx_restart 1

Puteti face un cfg pentru admini in care sa fie puse toate comenzile si doar sa aibe un bind si cand apasa pe tasta aia sa se bage comenzile pentru warm

De ex:

bind x "amx_startmoney 16000;amx_freezetime 0;amx_friendlyfire 0;amx_restart 1'

Si cand apesi x,se baga aceste setari pentru warm....

Incercati aceasta metoda,inainte de a schimba hostul -
