[FIXED] [Quest] [Draenor][Frostfire Ridge][Lokra] The Battle of Thunder Pass

Bug description: I can't get Lokra to show the quest even though I've done the previous quest in chain [To Thunder Pass] and I don't have the quest in my quest list. This is an old issue I'm trying to solve since I can't go further with achievements without it.
I'm aware that the quest in general works - it does not work just for my character [Lockana]

Proof:
I'm using the Quest Completist addon to display what quests I have done so my print-screens have it shown.

On both images no question mark is present above Lokra.
Tried to clear cache & reinstal WoW - same result.

This is weird, I never could reproduce this issue, Lokra always correctly gives quest for me.
I've made a hackfix for this - click on Lokra (even if she has no quest icon) and she should give you the quest. Live after server restart.
I will consider it fixed - let me know if you still have problem with this quest.
