Bug description: In CoS it works on the 2nd boss and on her mini bosses too also on enforcers, in EoA it works on serpentrix's adds, in HoV it works on Fenryr and so on.

Confirmed, several mobs / bosses / entities in the game are affected, and will get pushed by typhoon.

This bug is involved in many different entities, more info will be posted at Trello.
