Bug description: Thisalee Crow spawns in, however I can not interact with her to hand in quest. I have tried everything, removed addons, deleted cache, abandon quest and retake quest. Nothing worked

Hello.

Did you finish your class hall campaign?
These are the Prerequisites:

You need to have completed A Glorious Campaign(class hall).
You need to have finished the first 2 parts of Breaching the Tomb( https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=11546/breaching-the-tomb )
Armies of Legionfall;
Assault on Broken Shore.

This is the quest you will have to finish in order to finish Champions of the Legionfall :
