Bug description: Shred does low dmg.On the screenshots below you can see that mangle do more dmg than shred. If you read https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=33876&&name=mangle and https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=5221&&name=shred the difference between mangle and shred is that Shred has to do 20% more dps if the target is bleeding,both reconts are with bleeding efects Rip and Rake on the target.

It's not like you posted good enough proofs to show that Shred does lower damage than it should but the statement is correct.
Shred formula should be based on the charsheet damage of the cat.

Under the melee portion of my char sheet i have:
- Damage: 4477 - 5793
Formula is [(minDmg*5+390) to (maxDmg*5+390)]*(1.2 if the target is bleeding).

With this numbers i should shred for:
1. Without the target bleeding: (4477*5+390) to (5793*5+390) => 22775 to 29355
2. Against a bleeding target: (4477*5+390)*1.2 to (5793*5+390)*1.2 => 27330 to 35226.

At the moment the "Bleeding target" part doesn't work properly for feral, Swipe being affected too.
