Bug description: It can be used in https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=5487&&name=bear-form,
and it can be used after using Berserk https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=106952&&name=berserk

You shouldn't be able to use Tiger's Furry when Berserk is Active nor in any other form than Cat Form.
