Character name: Furrypower
Bug description: After i crafted my legendary on the cloak, while equipping its giving me Mastery as stats and I don't have mastery as stats when i crafted. Its replacing the haste by mastery
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/YhseGmo as shown here on the picture, both items has same stats, but gaining 0.67% mastery and no haste is present
