[FIXED] [Druid] Guardian Pvp talent Raging Freanzy not working

Bug description: Well today i noticed went into bg first time ever since update on druid and noticed that Raging Frenzy is not giving any rage as it should do
Proof:

here is a clip showing how it doesn't give u rage , i'm spamming the spell ( normally i should full rage with all the attacking players and this spell but as u see doesn't give anything

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue.

Confirmed, frenzied regeneration is not granting any Rage uppon use while using the talent "Raging Frenzy"
