[REJECTED] [Druid][Guardian] Rage of the Sleeper in PvP

Bug description: as u can see its must prevent 25% damage and reflect it for 225% but its will deal 100% of health to damage,
its mean kill u with one time use so? look at this pic . he killed my friend with one hit for 5m damage. 4m overkill wtf is this !?
he didnt attacked that druid !

There was some issues in the past with RotS.
There are some wierd interactions between some spells and RotS.
