Bug description: abundance should not affect healing touch in pvp, that the major bug i have seen so far

This means that abundance's HT bonus is no longer 5%, but instead it is the full 10%. Read again, you misunderstood the message.

In 7.1.5 Abundance reduced cast time only by 5% instead of 10%. This modifier has been removed.
