Bug description: Regrowth's first direct heal without Regrowth's HoT heals like with it.
How it should work: Regrowth heals you, leave HoT and then second Regrowth is increased by mastery.
How it works for me: I have 29026 intellect, Regrowth's direct healing is 350SP.
Regrowth = 350*29026*0,0523 (my versa is 5,23%) * 0,06 (i have a trait which inceases my regrowth by 6% (2/3)) = 113318

Tooltip says that my Regrowth's direct healing is 113318, like at formula, but it heals me for 132582 (look at noncrit healing).
