huh thats its biggest bug ? using swiftmend and getting soul of the forest empowers already active both reju and germination on target too

The healing increase from Soul of the Forest is working as intended. Keep in mind that both the +200% and +75% bonus are ontop of your original cast. And to quote the tooltip "Increases the healing done by your next Rejuvenation or Regrowth spell by 200%..."

Taking your numbers as example:
884 base Regrowth HoT
884*2(200%)=1768(Bonus from SotF)+884(Initial Heal)=2655 (Baseline + 200%)

29611 Direct Regrowth Heal
29611*2(200%)=59222(Bonus from SotF)+29611(Initial Heal)=88836 (Baseline + 200%)

(From my own testing)
Here is an example of a WG formula, which is also working as intended:
2799 First WG Tick
2799*0.75(75%)=2099(Bonus from SotF)+2799(Initial Heal)=4895 (Baseline + 75%)

*Note that this numbers are rounded up, so there will be a discrepancy from ingame numbers of a few digits because i've truncated non whole numbers.

As to address Neunia's comment:
Yes, Soul of the Forest is currently increasing the healing output of all currently active Rejuvention and Germination effects uppon been affected by SotF, this is already known and been worked on.

Also let me add , that someone already said that soul of the forest sometimes wont work , thats a fact, hard to replicate or prove but its happening, i had 3 hots on target and i healed 580k regrowth on him with soul of the forest up , it happens ONLY in pvp

I can confirm it, I was wrong , a question, where can you see if there is an existing report of a spell, since I see that they use the forum and trello, or are they the same?

Trello and Forum are essentially the same, Trello is where things are posted by Cmods/helpers and fixed by devs, while the forum is where the playerbase can post issues, then a Cmod/Helper will take said issue (if confirmed) and move it to trello.

Always check trello first to see if something is already there.

@Neunia: Yeah i am completely aware of the issue, i didn't reply yet because im still tracking the issue before jumping too far ahead of myself , be abit patient with that issue.
