Bug description: could not find if this is how it should work or not but Ysera's gift does not get an increase from mastery. Another thing it says 3% of maximum health every 5 sec, it heals every 5 seconds but the heal is halved. My character has 323k health , 3% of that is 9690.

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue.

Yes i can confirm that Ysera is indeed broken right now and doing 50% of the healing output for non-guardian speced players.
