I boosted one of my character to lvl 50 at Stormwind city but still didn't get the mount reward.
Is it bug? I saw someone using it.

Yes a few times.
My boosted character wasn't fresh. Someone told maybe the that reason i didn't had mount but noone mention that we need fresh character.

Hello,

Open an in-game ticket if you boosted the character but didn't receive the mount, a game master will check it out and solve your issue as soon as possible.
