Bug description: The quest is working , but when to TURN-IN the quest , can't see the NPC.

GM ON :

Also , can't complete the Quest (with GM ON ) , i chose both rewards and nothing happens.

I'm 100% sure you have completed Hunger's End.
That's why you can't see the questgiver. Also, Azsuna quests are not linked. Keep this in mind.
