Bug description: Spell sometimes doesnt heal when cast, noticed this doing pvp today in skirmish. For example I pop IBF so DS should heal me at least half of my hp, didnt heal me at all, i remained at like 20% HP when it was cast, also without IBF i noticed in BG and Skirmishes that it doesnt sometimes return health despite using it.
